SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING METHODS
Australian post is used for all standard and express shipping.
STANDARD SHIPPING - $8 postage
EXPRESS SHIPPING - $12 postage
LOCAL DELIVERY - see details below

Dispatched within 5 days once ordered processed, delivery time as per Australian post.
A tracking number will be provided once order posted.

Orders after 4pm will be processed the next day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please get in contact with me if you would like international delivery, I am happy to arrange this and check international postage costs.

SHIPPING TIMES
Be aware shipment times can vary due to public holidays or busy periods.
Standard shipping:
Australia: approximately 2-5 business days once dispatched.
Express shipping:
Australia: approximately 1-2 business days once dispatched.

LOCAL DELIVERY - Any orders made from the Terrigal area can choose local delivery. Any locations within a 5-6km radius from North Avoca.

Local delivery will be dispatched within the usual 5 days and delivered within 2 days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. You will guided through the return process and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is priority and Jammy & Juno appreciates your understanding.
Please note that returns will not be accepted for items if you have a change mind or if the decal has been removed from the backing and applied to the wall. We encourage you to carefully consider purchase before applying the decal and read the product guidance before applying the decal to any surface.

Once purchase has been made if there are any changes you would like to make do no hesitate to contact me as soon as possible. If item has not been posted then I am happy to make a last minute change to your order.
